🎓 KCET Option Entry First Round Result will be Out On

The Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has officially released the KCET First Round Option Entry Results for 2025! For thousands of students across the state, this is a big moment — the first major step toward securing admission into your dream engineering, medical, or other professional course.

If you participated in KCET 2025 and completed the option entry process, here's everything you need to know now that the first round allotment results are shortly out soon.

The KCET 1st Round Seat Allotment Result was published on the KEA official website at:

Make sure to have your CET number ready to check your allotment details!


💻 How to Check the Result?

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to the official website: kea.kar.nic.in

  2. Click on "KCET 2025 – First Round Allotment Result"

  3. Enter your CET number

  4. Click on Submit

  5. Your allotment status will appear on the screen

✅ It will show you:

  • The college and course you've been allotted

  • Your category and rank

  • Instructions on what to do next


📌 What to Do After Allotment?

Once your result is out, you need to choose one of the following options:

🟢 Option 1: Accept the seat & don’t participate in further rounds

  • Pay the admission fee online

  • Download the admission order

  * Report to the college

🟡 Option 2: Accept the seat but want to participate in further rounds

  • Reserve this seat

  • But still try for a better one in the next rounds

🔴 Option 3: Reject this seat & continue for next rounds

  • You will be considered only in Round 2 or further

  • This seat will be cancelled

❌ Option 4: Quit from KCET counseling altogether

  • You are no longer part of the admission process


💸 Fee Payment and Reporting

If you’re happy with your seat:

  • Pay the seat acceptance fee as instructed

  • Download and print your admission order

  • Report to the college within the given deadline

Note: If you don’t complete these steps on time, your seat may be cancelled.
