Karnataka's professional courses designed for students seeking higher education within the state will open pathways for candidates who successfully clear the Karnataka Common Entrance Test KCET in 2025. The examination was conducted in the previous month on April 16& 17; now, both students and parents are waiting with bated breath for the KCET 2025 result. he expected result dates from the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) 2025, will be between May 14 to May 17, 2025. But as of today May 18, 2025, the Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) has not made the results available. There may be some Technical glitch or any disturbance because of which the results are delayed.

When the results are out, candidates will be able to access them through the following official portals:

kea.kar.nic.in

karresults.nic.in

In order to view your score card you will need your CET Number or Hall ticket number and Date of birth . The scorecard will show marks per subject, total marks, and your rank in different fields like Engineering,Bsc Agriculture,Etc.

What Comes Next After the Result?

Post result announcements, the next steps for KEA are:

 Upload the merit list structured according to KCET scores along with the marks from the qualifying exam.

Issue the cut-off limits for different categories for different colleges and courses offered.

Commence the counseling procedures, which is tentatively scheduled for June, 2025.

During the counseling period, students will have the opportunity to:


*Register on the designated portal

*Choose the college and the course they prefer

*Actively take part in the seat allotment rounds

*Ensure that all your documents are arranged prior to the commencement of the counseling session, this includes, scorecard, SSLC and PUC mark sheets, identity proof, and if needed—category certificates.
